Attorney ProfilesSARA MARTIN FOX is a member of the law firm of the FOX LAW GROUP, PA, in Brandon and Tupelo, Mississippi. Sara focuses her practice in the areas of taxation, business transactions, estate planning and probate law. She also represents corporate clients in policy concerns with both the state and federal governments. A graduate of Mississippi State University where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Accountancy, magna cum laude, Mrs. Fox received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi and her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University. While at Ole Miss, she was a James Oliver Eastland Scholar and a member of the National Moot Court Board Trial Team. In 1997, Mrs. Fox was appointed by Governor Kirk Fordice and confirmed by the Mississippi Senate to a six year term on the Mississippi State Board for Community and Junior Colleges. Mrs. Fox was selected as one of the Top 40 business professionals in the state of Mississippi under the age of 40 by the Mississippi Business Journal. She has served on various charitable and community based Boards of Directors, including BancorpSouth's Tupelo Community Bank Board, Salvation Army, Symphony League, Mississippi Tax Institute, Community Development Foundation, Mississippi Bar Young Lawyers Division, and the International Association for Financial Planners. She is a member of the Chucatonche Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. She now resides on a farm south of her hometown of Brandon, Mississippi. Her passions include her faith, family, reading and travel. The Foxes have one son, John, born in June of 2001.
